Bob Brittaine

Chairman

Bob Brittaine, an electronics engineer by profession owned and managed a successful UK IT services company, employing 300 staff before selling it to a PLC in 2007. Bob continued with the new entity heading up Sales and Marketing and integrating his former company. He also is the President of Euroserv, an association comprising IT services companies across Europe, a post he has held for over 20 years. In 2010 Bob formed a consultancy business focused on assisting owner managers in achieving their personal aims and strategic goals. With these aims in mind, Bob joined CMI in 2012 as an investor and Chairman, as the business embarked on an expansionary phase to develop CMI into a UK National Managed Services business. With a wealth of experience and track record in the IT services sector Bob brings the pragmatic input and advice where needed and the energy to develop the business.

With interests also in a Mussel farm, property portfolio and property development, Bob also finds time for gardening and following F1 motor racing

Ken Roulston

Ken Roulston has worked in IT for over thirty years and has extensive experience in the IT Services arena. Ken started out as an engineer before realising that the selling of IT services and hardware was what interested him most. He joined the original CMI and through organic and acquisitive growth he was instrumental in the formation of Aurora UniComp, which was subsequently purchased by the Viridian Group and becoming Sx3, now Capita Plc. He then went on to spend time in Telecoms and the Internet industry and his most recent role before CMI was as Country Manager in Ireland for Parity PLC.

Ken’s goal is for the CMI team to offer an unrivalled level of customer service. He says he doesn’t have a lot of spare time so what little he does have is taken up with a course at Queens University on Genealogy, walking the dog and cooking.

Michael O’Neill

Mike O'Neill has been working in IT for over 20 years and has a solid technical background. Having started his career as a support engineer Mike’s business management skills helped him quickly progress into senior management roles. A Chartered IT Professional, he has worked with a number of successful organisations including ION Technologies, UNITE Solutions and Ethos IS before joining CMI in 2008.

In his free time Mike enjoys chilling with the family. Unfortunately for the rest of us Mike is a Manchester United fan and takes great delight in revelling in their success.

Graham Stead

Graham Stead is a rare mix of the “Techie” and “Commercial” and has been in the IT Industry for over 25years. He started out as a field engineer back in the day with HP but after 8 years seized the opportunity to start his own business and Solsis was born. In July of this year, the business was sold to CMI.

For Graham, the business was always about providing a strong client focus and whilst he loves winning the deal, the longer term relationships he has built with clients is what matters most.

His four boys keep him busy when he’s not working and he enjoys a round or two of Golf (But says he doesn’t play enough to improve his handicap!). He may well be too busy training for things like the 3-peaks challenge which he loved or the 50-mile walk he did in 24 hours, which he hated, or supporting Chelsea!

Jeremy Kirk

Director

CMI Management - Jeremy Kirk

Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial and business management skills within a broad spectrum of organisations from SME’s to multi-nationals including a national bakery chain, event management company and a European music charity. Jeremy was also based in Geneva for three years whilst working for telecoms giant SITA as Vice President, Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

His extensive experience has seen him work for a variety of organisations including RAC (Royal Automobile Club), Galileo International, the global computer reservation system for the travel industry and KPMG.

In his spare time, Jeremy is the Chair of Governors for a primary school, is a charity trustee at Bristol Cathedral and enjoys classical music, singing, and foreign travel. Oh and he speaks French and Spanish!
